or email address under any circumstances to anyone.
We will not send anything to you with out your permission.
no flyers, junkmail, bills, statements,catalogues,
or brochures.

Thank you for choosing us for your purchases. We
appreciate your business, here is some helpful information
to make shopping with us easier and more enjoyable. Our v string gaffes, silicone breast forms, corsets, makeup and other crossdressing supplies are the best available, tried and tested in our transformation makeover salon.
PAYMENT
JCS Marketing (thefantasygirl.com) accepts Visa,
Master Card and American Express credit cards. We
also accept Postal Money orders, or Money orders drawn
from a US Bank. Personal checks are also accepted.
Personal check payments for orders will be held until
the check clears (usually 10-21 days.) Personal checks
from foreign countries are not accepted for payment.
SHIPPING
Please refer to the shipping chart for standard charges.
International Shipping Charges will be addtional, based on package weight an destination. Additional charges will be added by JCS Marketing. based upom actual shipping cost. If an item is temporarily
out of stock, we may hold in stock items until your
entire order can be filled and shipped. You will be
informed via email or in writing of any cancelled
or discontinued item(s). All delivered items will
arrive in discreet packaging with a JCS Marketing
label. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
GUARANTEE, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because we discount most of our items, we can not
incur a lot of returns and restocking fees. Federal
law prohibits the return of articles worn against
the body for health and sanitary reasons.
Our pledge to our valued customers: All products
have been chosen for quality, value and suitability
for our customers specific needs. A 20% restocking
fee is charged for all returns. You must send this
in on a money order with your returned items, no personal
checks. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns MUST be sent via certified mail to insure
they are not lost. You must return merchandise within
10 days of your receipt of merchandise from us. We
maintain tracking records for all packages.

The following items are not returnable.
All lingerie ( panties, garters, gaffes, stockings,
hosiery, V Strings, girdles, corsets, cinchers, hip
pads.)
Wigs and Cosmetics for sanitary reasons.
Any custom made items ( V String Gaffes, Latex Breast
Forms, )
Silicone Breast Forms ( they can be exchanged for
a diferent size, if they have not been worn).
Shoes. If they have been worn.
Any merchandise that is worn, stained, frayed, torn,
abused or damaged in any way will not be accepted
for return.
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping to
our customers. If you experience any problems with
our products please refer to our shipping policies
page to ensure proper follow up.
All products are shipped via USPS First Class and/or
Priority Mail for fast shipment.
All products are shipped in plain packaging, with
a JCS Marketing label (not thefantasygirl) for the
discretionary needs of our clients.
